It should be as long as the english reviewer was suscribed, but take that it affects english only. Take that english phrases are written by developers, and they're mostly not native speakers, so you'll find many typos or some other issues. Because of this you can either make a first report at the devel list (to see what happens), and optionally, create a patch and submit it at the tracker at www.egroupware.org.
