Nicholas, after carefully examining the material, I have to disagree; it
does not seem like malice. It looks like incompetence(or lack of
resources, if you wish).

Now, just for curiosity's sake Nick, if you really think it's malice on
TMC's behalf, then why don't you go ahead and wish TSS burns? Isn't to
continue using their services a way to endorse malice? (or incompetence,
for that matter?).

Have you contributed any idea to EJB-INTEREST or TSS and then found out
it's been compiled in a book by someone else and you're receiving no
credit about it? (no, I'm not specifically talking about any idea of
mine, but you probably can guess which book I'm talking about). I don't
expect anything to change after this, and that's likely what's going to
happen. And it will keep feeding my cynism.
