Steve, My K3 has done this several times and each time I had turned the power down while running Ham Radio Delux and then turned off the program. The fix for me is to start HRD again and use the slider to raise the power above 12 watts and all is well again.

The fan test works fine, and the PA test works fine too (I can hear the relay click). But going past 12 watts with the power control no longer works.
