Gaming machines are expensive, but most if not all have stereo in, and pretty good sound modules. I have an ASUS rip-snorter G60 with an i7 quad chip, designed for the hard-core game player. Its input is labeled "Mic In" but can be set via the Windows Audio taskbar control to stereo line in with 192K sampling.
