Not even close. I've done both and they are categorically different. Mainframes 
were single highly-reliable, very fast, extremely expensive systems. The cloud 
is a swarm of unreliable slow systems. My laptop is faster than most of our 
cloud instances. Systems need a total redesign to run well in a cloud.
