Hi Gordon, I recently, and finally, got to the point where I needed to set up band maps in my KRC2. I also use PCIe serial cards and Windows 10 and the problem I had was the cable. Once I built a cable using exactly the pinouts in the KRC2 manual (instead of cables I had laying around), it worked fine, as did the firmware update.
