I just put PowerPoles on the end of a cigarette lighter/cable assembly
that I also bought at the Shack. It has a 10A fuse and even an
LED-illuminated power switch built into it.
Also, so far I have not noticed any RF from the float charger, but I
have not rigorously checked all the ham bands.
