The K1 band modules, as designed, required high-value trimmer capacitors with a low temperature coefficient. Unfortunately, these have become unobtainium.
The KX2 and KX3 take a different approach. They still have per-band filters with excellent stopband attenuation, but they don’t require tuning. Of course these rigs also cover many more bands (9 and 11 respectively) without the need for modules.
