In addition to the possibility of a coax cable with a bad shield connection, another thought -- is your station properly bonded? Every chassis should be bonded together with short, fat copper, all equipment should be powered from outlets that share the same "green wire" or outlets whose green wires are bonded together. and bonds between those outlets and all other grounds in your home.
