There's detailed advice in several places on my website for how to set audio drive levels from a computer sound card to the mic or line input of a ham rig. If those don't work for someone, he or she needs to turn in their boxtop license!

No, it does NOT. The frequency shifting can all be done with audio if WSJT-X is set up for no CAT control!
