I have been thinking about installing an HF mobile rig. One idea that appeals to me is a KX3/KXPA100 setup, where the radio is can be placed and hooked-up in (passenger side) glove box, and the amp is more permanently installed under a back seat.
I have two questions: 1) If you have tried this, can you tell me about your experience? How did it work? How was it set-up?
