Good Evening,

I woke up to rain hitting the roof.  Then I looked out the window and found dense fog.  It was fog rain condensing from the trees.  The sun came out and it got hot (85F).  Then I heard reports from MI, IA, CA, and TX.  Texas beat California by a few degrees.  However, the lowest reading was also in California where Brian was still in the fog.  I remember how Midwest corn would curl up tight in August when there was no rain in sight. Hopefully, there is a break in their drought soon.

I have not seen the Rufous Hummingbirds since the Anna's moved in.  I will keep a watch for them.  The propagation was as predicted.  QSB on most everyone from a medium rate to a fast flutter.  But signals were strong enough to read on the peaks. Losing a verb is easier to repair than losing a noun.  You know what got done but not to whom.  Context normally provides a clue.
