It might be very helpful for dissatisfied customers to list the method they 
used to communicate with Elecraft and the website info or whatever (phone 
number? Elecraft does answer their phones) they used to contact Elecraft.  
There are those here that are satisfied with Elecrafts response and might 
educate the rest how to get through to Elecraft.  I suspect many are not 
following the listed methods or their response is lost in their spam file.  Not 
everyone knows the correct ways to look for a response.  Email has its ins and 
outs and sometimes it just doesn’t make sense (ask my wife… who loses emails 
regularly or can’t find responses).
