Certainly as you increase power you are more likely to cause undesirable effects in the home. Now I am going to make a generalization that I have found true. The antenna type makes a significant difference in interference. Unbalanced antennas introduce more RF into the home as opposed to balanced antennas. An end-fed or off-center fed causes far more problems than a dipole or inverted Vee.
