I made contact with a K7CUU who, apparently on May 22, was selling a KX2, on this forum, with several accessories. I had several days of back and forth email communication prior to me mailing a check on June 19th. I included a photo of the check and envelope in an email on the 19th. After that; all email communication ended!! A follow up email the next day, again, yielded, no response. Tuesday, Wednesday and up to Thursday evening, nothing. It was then I called the bank and put a "stop payment" on the check. A word to the wise. "Forewarned is Forearmed." Per QRZ, his wife is also a ham operator. The ad said he was ill, however, if that's the case I would hope she would have equal knowledge of his selling and respond accordingly.
