I don't have a TS-590S but I'm sure somebody who has one can tell you how. Crank up the audio drive from Windows (or whatever), run the TS-590S in USB mode and crank up the audio gain and compression, etc. It simply doesn't make sense that you can't overdrive a TS-590S.

Specific settings please from a test that you actually ran with a TS-590S. My tests had all audio drive sliders to max and ALC meter hard on the stop. Clean signal for FT8 and PSK.
