"Anyone interested in the current draw for Sleep and Off (but powered) states 
could simply put a multimeter in the PSU lead.  I would expect a difference in 
current between Off and Sleep that would depend strongly on the number of 
tuning relays that were active while sleeping.  No relays are active when Off."

Measured with uncalibrated meter:

Off -  56.4 mA
On  Byp mode - 72.8 mA
On Man mode, AN1, SIDEA, all C and all L relays active - 0.72 A
On Man mode, AN3, SIDEA, all C and all L relays active - 0.79 A

SWR LED will add even more current if lit. Sleep not measured as I never use 
the mode.
