Matt - not sure where the issue is here, at least for the KX2 and KX3. I have 
both radios and neither one complains about transmitting in the new 15 KHz band 
on 60 meters. I would think the K3/K3S/K4 rigs would also work there. Have you 
tried your KX2 there?
