Elecraft radios are not channelized.
The rule change did not change the upper and lower limits, so nothing to
worry about.
It is up to you to know the rules and operate accordingly within the band.
Personally I program frequency memories with the editor for 60m
(channelized channels) for my K3.
That way you can just change channels and no worries.
