You only need XP on the shack machine. There's free RDP software (client) for any 32bit Windoze on the Microsoft site. You can use W2K in the shack, but it has to be Server, not Pro.
RDP is Waaaaaaaaaay faster than VNC, NetOp, PcAnywhere, etc., etc. But, if you don't have the right operating system setup, it's not an option.
