One K3 question I'm interested in knowing the answer to: will it be possible to assign different KAT3 behaviour to the two antenna positions so that the KAT3 tunes automatically when you hit TUNE in one position, but only transmits a carrier and displays the SWR in the other? I'm thinking of the situation where one antenna has a remote auto tuner or needs to be manually tuned.
With the K2 you have to toggle ANT A/B and then go into the menu and switch the tuner between Auto and Cal S, which makes quick switching between antennas impossible. -- Julian, G4ILO K2 s/n: 392 K3 s/n: ???
