While there is nothing wrong with testing it in the EC2, that throws two or mare variables into the equation - the KIO2 and the cables.

I recommend that you first do the setup and testing with the KPA100 laying upside down on the right side of the K2 with the normal connections. There will be no need to change any settings when migrating to the EC2 enclosure.
