The other problem it the number of "foreign check" schemes. For an individual not used to fraud prevention, such schemes can be a disaster. Unfortunately, it is simply easier to say "US Only" rather than take a chance on fraud or deal with a buyer who complains about shipping/insurance. 73, ...
