The owner's manual spec page says that the output power of the 10-watt version of the K3 is anywhere from 0.1 to 12 Watts.
The power output of the K3 can be remembered per band if you choose the "PER-BAND" value of the K3 config menu "PWR SET" setting. In "NOR" the power level on each band follows the present setting of the power control. See page 55 of the K3 owner's manual revision D-1.
