Thanks Bruce. It didn't but that's because I don't have the K3 connected directly to the SDR-IQ.
What I had to do after some trial and error was to go to the USB device properties and tell it to set up a virtual com port (in device manager). Then I set LP-Bridge to the same port and restarted everything.
