So the sponsoring organizations who decided that using the clusters puts you into the assisted category are wrong?
Skimmer uses another receiver, the band maps in the logging programs use either Telnet or Packet clusters spots for their data. Since Packet and Telnet clusters count as "assisted" why should Skimmer not? Just because it's the Ham Radio technology "soup de jour"?
