There is a program on my website called KTune that allows you to use a
Griffin PowerMate for this. However, you have to use some serial port
sharing software because it needs to talk directly to the K3. I used VSPE,
but I don't know if that works with HRD. LP-Bridge might work - haven't
tried it.

If HRD supports keystrokes for tuning up and down then you could configure
the PowerMate software to send those keystrokes straight to HRD, in nwhich
case you wouldn't need KTune.
