So in the examples:

45 A 100 > B 70 > C 0
10 B 100 > A 70 > C 0
5  B 100 > C 70> A 0
40 C 100 > B 70 > A 0


45 A 100 > B 10 > C 0
10 B 100 > A 90 > C 0
5  B 100 > C 90 > A 0
40 C 100 > B 10 > A 0

B wins in both cases even though in the second example B is disliked by 85% of voters.
