I didn't vote because I thought that the options, format, and interface were all lame. I'd be happy to vote if the poll were run on modernballots.com with a better set of options and a clear use-case (not just "best PR system" but "best PR system for a electing over 100 representatives for a population of over 10 million" or whatever).
