I took the mocmos circuit I've been working on with 8.11 - a bandgap with cascoded PMOS and about 200k of HiPoly resistors. It came up in layout mode OK and I switched back and forth between layout and schematic with no problems. I then made several component value changes in SCH and when I switched back to LAY, the active and contacts had disappeared.
