Hi,
I have a similar problem.  I tried load Electric-9-02 with ElectricSFS-9.02
(both downloaded from staticfreesoft.com). I'm working under SO GNU/Linux
(debian squeeze). I ran the following script:

bash-terminal:$ java -classpath electric-9.02.jar:electricSFS-9.02.jar
com.sun.electric.Launcher

but, I don't have the option "Windows->3D".
I go to "Help -> Abaut Electric -> Plugins", but I see "java3D: not
Installed"

More information:
electric-9.02.jar -> ftp://ftp.gnu.org/pub/gnu/electric/electric-9.02.jar
electricSFS-9.02.jar -> http://www.staticfreesoft.com/electricSFS-9.02.jar
