You need both jar files, and "linking" them using classpasch. In my case: java -classpath /home/matias/Escritorio/EAMTA/Electric/electricBinary-9.02.jar:/home/matias/Escritorio/EAMTA/Electric/electricSFS-9.02.jar com.sun.electric.Launcher
