I think that electric-9.01.jar include the java3d packages. Do you read the webpage that I told you? The electric-9.02.jar didn't include java3d packages. You will should install manually the java3d package in your OS. then you run once-again script included electricSFS-9.02.jar. I work under GNU/Linux OS but this will should work ok in your OS.
