I also, after ensuring the java-3D plugin is installed, don't have
the 3D viewer option under the Window menu item using 9.02 but do have
it in the 9.01 and older versions. I spent very little time looking at
this so perhaps the menu item changed? I am using Windows 7 OS. Best,
