If you want to check that Electric on your system is opening a past saved 
layout.  The tutorial_1.jelib, used in the screenshot I previously sent, I 
downloaded from the webpage at [1].

I recorded a video of opening R_divider{lay}, if you would like to watch 
it.  The video should be at [2].  It was recorded using the Snipping Tool 
on Windows 11 [3].
