Recep,
You're still not making it clear what is going on. Here are some steps
you can perform to describe more clearly:
(1) Double-click the application. Does it start up? If not, is there an
error on the screen? Would it help to reboot the computer? Explain
PRECISELY what you do and what you see.
(2) When Electric starts, it does NOT read the .jelib files
automatically, so whether or not you've deleted them is irrelevant at
this point. Assuming the program starts and you still have the .jelib
file, use the File/Open command to read it back in. Report any error
messages you see.
(3) If the original .jelib is missing and the program is running, can
you reproduce the errors you had before? If so, explain IN PRECISE
DETAIL exactly every step you took to make this problem happen.

First of all, thank you for your interest. I am sending messages but
they are not coming to you. Program is not working so I can't show you
the error but the error was an error related to length/width. I
deleted the .jelib file, thinking that maybe if I deleted it, the
application would work.

Recep,
If you want to check that Electric on your system is opening a
past saved layout. The tutorial_1.jelib, used in the screenshot I
previously sent, I downloaded from the webpage at [1].
I recorded a video of opening R_divider{lay}, if you would like to
watch it. The video should be at [2]. It was recorded using the
Snipping Tool on Windows 11 [3].

If I understand correctly, you are able to double left-click
on electricBinary-9.07.jar and Electric opens just fine. You
are then able to click File -> Open Library and open your
saved .jelib library file just fine. Finally, when you double
left-click on the layout in Electric (for example, like
R_divider{lay} in screenshot), it is then giving you an
error. What is the error message?

I sent you a message before, but it didn't go through, I'm
trying again. I was designing the layout in the
application. I was changing the dimensions of a component.
When I did it hierarchically, I got an error, but I closed
it without fixing the error. When I wanted to open it
again, I couldn't open it
