I've tried a few, but prefer an external pure css style sheet with BEM build with webpack (with css files parallel to each elm file). The only annoying part is getting the link to the built style sheet in the right place, especially if I am "mounting" a lower-level component with elm-live (or elm reactor when it lets you do that again).
