I succeed to compile the Cocoa port
when I commented out the following lines.

  * (load "emacs-lisp/easy-mmode") in loadup.el
  * Two (define-minor-mode ... things in term/ns-win.el

Some of them causes the problem.
Emacs runs in -nw mode, but
it immediately crashes in ns-windowing environment
due to font-related error.
