I have a similar experience on youtube.com, using Firefox and uBlock Origin. yt-dlp also has to wait 6 seconds at the time of writing because Google uses aggressive anti-adblock. Still, anyone can decide for themselves to disable adblockers, but no "fix" exists for invidious instances.
