If avoiding 100% AI code chunks is not an option, what about:
1. Making the new AI code a separate library
2. Adding support for that new library into Org mode itself without AI

Looking at your patch, it should be very easy.

When GNU clarifies its stance on AI-generated code, we can consider
merging that separate library into Org.
