Yes, I would be happy to take this on. However, I would need some time to
digest the ideas discussed previously in the thread, as I'm just getting
started with elisp.
it would be my first time contributing a patch to the Org repository, so it may
take me a bit longer that usual.
Would that work for you? Do we have a tentative target date?
