At this point in time, just days short of the intented release? Either
the bug crashes Emacs, or it does cause trouble for some really major
package, or it is very common and/or confusing for many users.

If you just want to say that you do not want that change to be
made now that is also ok.

Is not that "I don't want", and what I want is largely irrelevant. Is
that IMO you have not justified it enough in the urgency scale,
release-wise.
