So, like we have the single message window, and I do agree it's necessary, I 
believe we need a conversation window.

To work on many replies in parallel, better than to pop out a single message is 
to pop out the entire thread.

Then for each thread to which you are replying, you have a window.


As for making the reply window detachable, I'm not against it, but you have to 
think that for 1.0 we'll probably one implement a single solution.
