I really really like this idea. I'm all for the decluttering of the source list.

Add to that a Filter Bar like Transmission's (hidden by default), so you can 
see what's really sent, transmitting, enqueued, and drafts when needed.

This is great too. How often do you send just to notice a typo.

I would appreciate if hitting Send meant enqueue, send in 10 minutes. Then 
⌥+Click send could mean Send Immediately. Similarly, to use Mail's shortcuts, 
⇧⌘D would mean Send in 10, ⇧⌥⌘D would mean Send Immediately.
