I'm not sure about that, urgent emails could be anywhere in the thread. In a threaded view, all clients that I've used display the contents of the thread in either thread order or chronological order, even when sorting the mailbox in reverse order. I find it hard to see the appeal of sorting the contents of a thread in reverse - I suppose it might let you briefly glance at threads that you're not really following to see if they've taken a more interesting turn.
