To me, it seems like carts have been put in front of horses. I always thought the process to a well designed *anything* is to sketch on paper a lot of ideas before pushing final pixels. All these concepts are so far along the path that it makes it hard to make sweeping changes, because the difficulty of the actual changes to the image and the amount of effort to overcome the inertia needed to make sweeping changes. I think we should park the cart, unhook the horse from the back of it, let it roam the pasture and we should sketch. Who's down?
