I use mail actions to handle incoming mail to file them in various folders as well as make a unique sound depending on who they are from so I can be alerted to e-mails that are important and ignore ones that are not.
Are mail actions only for incoming mail or can they handle e-mails that I am sending (to a particular e-mail address for example) by for example, filing the email that I am sending automatically in a designated folder other than the "sent" mail folder. I would also like it to file some received e-mails with a particular address that I am deleting in a designated folder other than the "deleted" folder . Can either or both be done or again, do mail actions work only on mail that is incoming?
