I regularly do this quickly with the keyboard. Option-Cmd-f brings up the
folder window, then typing the first few letters (quickly, otherwise
Emailer thinks the next letter you type is the first letter of a folder)
selects the folder. Press Enter and the folder is selected. Press Enter
again, and the message is queued.
