2 posiblilities -

1 - look in the IE cache - look for a file that is about 4 or 5 megs

2 - in the quicktime display panel (where the movie playing) on the far 
right of the movie player there is a dropdown menu which should have an 
option to 'save as...' 
select 'quicktime movie'
