And, a radical idea here on this list, try moving to PowerMail. I am still happy with Emailer. But one day I will probably migrate to PowerMail. PowerMail solves a couple of annoying little Emailer features IMHO. Perhaps Chris' suggestion will solve your problem. If so, great. If not, PowerMail uses a similar individual mail window like Emailer does. But, 2 thinks are done the way I wish Emailer did them (probably was going to be in a later version but Apple killed it - don't know just speculating) 1) In PowerMail, you can use a keyboard equivalent to read through your messages once the little message window is up. 2) In PowerMail, once I resize the message window to the dimensions that work best for how I like to read the text block of my emails, the window remains the same size as I go from message to message. In Emailer, changing the size of one messages window does nothing for the rest of the messages I read in the same window.
